EMPLOYEE NEEDS

The employee’s needs are about strengthening personal productivity. Outlook must keep track of e-mail and calendar communications. All personal files, document drafts, images, spreadsheets, etc. are handled in OneDrive and synced to all devices so they are always nearby. The personal To-Do topics are managed in Microsoft To-Do, and tasks from all projects are easily accessed from the front of Planner, so it’s easy to see your own current tasks.​

Team needs are all about ensuring the optimal framework for collaboration. We often work in teams and we are therefore dependent on being able to accomplish many tasks together with others in a team. We need to communicate both live and over time, and keep track of our documents in SharePoint, and they must be accessible to everyone in Teams, so that we can keep track of them. We control all our project tasks in Planner, and if we need notes, we make sure they are in the group’s OneNote. We can dynamically pull content from other systems into Teams so we also have an overview of all relevant content.
